We have available two types of kitchen slide out shelves:
Standard Slide Out Shelves: These shelves are made from 1/2″ 9 ply baltic birch ply (used by cabinet makers for decades) that has a uv applied coating. These shelves can hold 100 lbs. and come with standard 3/4 extension drawer slides mounted on the side. These slide out shelves are rabbet jointed with a white 1/4″ melamine bottom that is dadoed into the sidewall for strength. Available in many heights widths and styles to fully customize your kitchen and pantry cabinets
Dovetail Slide Out Shelves: These shelves are made from 5/8″ solid wood rustic uv coated birch and feature under mount concealed full extension drawer slides. The sides are of dovetail construction with birch ply 1/4″ bottoms dadoed into the sidewalls. Bottoms are 1/4 or optional 1/2 ply.
