Solid wood dovetailed pull out shelf

Customizable in wood material height width depth and soft close concealed undermount slide with weight capacity of 100lbs.

Drawer boxes are constructed with 5/8″ thick solid wood sides pre-finished, dovetail joints on all four corners and a standard matching 1/4 thick B-3 grade plywood bottom. 1/2″ bottoms are available as an upgrade.  Birch drawers will receive Birch veneer plywood bottoms  All material used is of Standard Grade and will consist of natural colors of the species selected.  Mineral, color and grain variation is allowed and some finger joints may be visible (on top/bottom edge only)

Face Frame Cabinets:

Above image reference for face frame cabinets
A. Middle Cabinet typical frame to frame minus 3/8″ (if door protrudes into opening when door is opened measure from edge of door to other side)
B. One hinge measure from hinge to frame (look for door protrusion if any) subtract 3/8″

C. Hinge to Hinge (look for door protrusion if any) subtract 3/8″

Faceless European Style Cabinets:

Bottom: measure between hinges or hinge to other wall minus 3/8″

Middle: wall to wall or if door protrudes, edge of door to other wall minus 3/8″

Spacers can be used for any gaps caused allowing for door protrusions if needed

We recommend a 1/2″ thick bottom if your drawer box or pullout shelf is 24″ or wider
